Another Spa Birthday Brunch post, you can see more of these HERE. This post will be all about the food. I kept the food simple, and took shortcuts where I could. I didn't make my own yogurt (but you can find methods I've used by searching "yogurt" in my search bar), I also used frozen pancakes, and whipped cream in a can- which my kids just LOVED. Go figure.
CupKate's Event Designs is where I got the cupcake cups, the little spoons for the Deviled Eggs, Push Pop containers, Stay tuned for an awesome giveaway from her this weekend!

Strawberry Shortcake Stacks
Pancakes, strawberries, and whipped cream held together with a bamboo skewer. They needed those skewers, they were slipping an sliding all over. I sliced the strawberries the night before, and quickly assembled these before the party, it didn't take long. It was so easy that Piglet helped me.
Crispy Maple Bacon. I tinted the skewers (post on that later), then put the threaded the bacon on them. I baked the bacon, for the method check out this post from 2007! EEK. It seems so long ago. I baked the bacon the day before, then just reheated it in the oven before the brunch.
Fruit salad. Strawberries, kiwi, mango, star fruit, and Champagne grapes. Diva helped me slice all the fruit and she plated these for me. Too cute!.
Yogurt Parfait Push Pops
These containers are from CupKate's Event Designs, did I mention to stay tuned for an awesome giveaway from her this week?! Piglet helped me fill these with granola and raspberry preserves. I put the yogurt and the preserves in ziptop bags for easy filling. I just snipped a small hole in the corner of the bags and pipped the ingredients in to layer them in the containers.
