Diva wanted udon noodles tonight. I have plain udon noodles but I didn't have time to make a good broth so I used prepackaged udon, it comes packaged much like Ramen noodles do, noodles and a separate seasoning packet. I made two according to the directions omitting one of the seasoning packets. Too much sodium and MSG. To dress it up I added some herbs, pork and spices. No tutorial needed but it was fun to take these pictures.Also Diva and I love this with celery stalks dipped in hoisin sauce.

I also added some lime juice and lots of Sriracha hot sauce to mine.
Good grief! You are so very talented! Beautiful! BTW... where do I get udon noodles? :o)
