Crock pot pork loin

This pork loin came out so tender and juicy and it was so very easy to do. I just placed the pork in the crock pot after I seasoned it with Lawry's seasoned salt. (The next time I do this I will put it on a rack in the crock pot so the bottom doesn't get too tender.) Then I squeezed the juice of one orange over the top. Turned it on low for about 8 hours. I served it with buttered noodles, baked sweet potatoes fries and strawberries. The girls ate it up and it was nice that they could chew it because it was so tender. Leftovers would be great on a salad, or in a sandwich or wrap.
