Is Yummy. Diva, Piglet and I devoured it. DH even ate some, which I didn't think he would.
Pixie didn't have any, I think she's still too young.
Piglet loved the scallops best.
I'll be making it again for sure!

Love, love, love ceviche. It is all I eat when I go to Mexico. And then I have to come home and be treated for mercury poisoning. But it is so worth it.
