Phyllo Cigars with different fillings.

Remember the Phyllo Cigars?
I made some with brie and homemade cranberry compote (above).
I also thought I would try them with a precooked egg roll filling. I cooked the meat and spices and just mixed in the noodles after draining them without cooking them. I also omitted the eggs.
They weren't as good as deep fried but they were still crisp and a good alternative to deep frying.
