Wednesday Words- Love the unlovable.


Jesus, show me how, to LOVE the unlovable. And to love when I don't feel like it.

Matthew 5:46-47

New International Version (NIV)
46 If you love those who love you, what reward will you get? Are not even the tax collectors doing that? 47 And if you greet only your own people, what are you doing more than others?

    This reminds me of my mother. She was one of the most loving people I ever knew. She loved those who many would not, even the ones who treated her so poorly. I try to remind myself of how she was every day and strive to be like her.
