Haven't bake or used your Baking Powder in a while? Have a batch of cookies or muffins turn out flat? Next time, test your powder first. Put a teaspoon into some vinegar and if it fizzes and bubbles you're good to go!

I wonder if that is what happened to my cookies last week! I was not very happy because they turned out flat and I have never had that happen!
