Grilled pepperoni and cheese sandwich

YUM.
Cheese.
Pepperoni.
Bread.
Butter.
Garlic and Flake salt.
Sprinkled on the outside.
Toasted. Crispy. Gooey.

    What a great idea. I am not sure why I have never thought to make it like this. I have made the kids pizza toast but this looks like a much less messy way to eat pepperoni, cheese, and bread. Thanks
