Chinese Long Bean Salad and Makham Piak in Nam Pla

If you like papaya salad/Som Tom, this is made the same way but with Chinese long beans. SO GOOD. Especially with fresh Chinese Water Spinach.
There is some Makham Piak in Nam Pla in this one. Tamarind paste that has Nam Pla added. Keep this good stuff in the fridge :).

  1. Oh my gosh that looks so good! I picked up long beans and put them down two or three times at the store tonight. Clearly I should have gotten them! I'll know next time :)
