I've been grilling a ton, because I can watch the kids play out back while I do, so it's nice both all of us. These mushrooms are easy. Just your favorite stuffing and mushrooms.
Clean the mushrooms and take off the stems. I couldn't find big stuffer mushrooms and didn't want portabello, but these medium and small ones worked fine, I didn't lose a single one on the grill :-).
Stuff each mushroom.
Put them on the grill. I did close it for a bit. The stuffing got yummy and toasted on top.
YUM.
