Wonton soup for Chinese New Year

Yesterday I packed a simple soup made with the dumplings I had frozen. I just cooked them in broth with some carrots.
I also sent hummus and a mini pita and sugar snap peas with roasted red pepper dressing.
She liked it and ate well...
