I contacted Zojirusi about some leakage in the bottom container of the Mr. Bento, the container below the soup container. I told them I hand wash it and it's new. Their reply is that the bottom container shouldn't have ANY liquid in it. Nice. Oh well. So far it's working out aside from that.
