stir fry :-), really though snow peas, asparagus, colorful bell peppers. I love ingredients that mark the change of seasons, ingredients that are hard to find fresh during off seasons. I think that's why I love growers markets, you can tell what season it is for the most part by what's abundant and beautiful. I don't have a real recipe for this, it's a basic stir fry- veggies, pork, garlic, oyster sauce, a little oil, broth/water, seasonings.
