Honey butter


Okay this isn't rocket science. It's just two sticks of room temperature unsalted sweet cream butter with honey. Beat with a hand mixer and you're done. You can put it on wax paper and form a log, roll it up, and store it in the freezer and cut off slices for toast and French toast and what not. It's easy peasy but oh so good.
