Larb/Laab Gai is a Lao Chicken Salad. Roasted or grilled chicken breasts tossed with herbs, vegetables, lime juice and more. It's something everyone here in the Give Peas A Chance house loves. With some Khao Neow and lettuce. The girls love to make lettuce wraps with the larb and papaya salad.
Have you ever had Larb? You can order it at some Thai restaurants, it's a little different but still good! There's beef, fish, and even pork versions.
