Tropical Traditions GIVEAWAY

I've already reviewed Tropical Traditions HERE. I still think they have the best coconut oil that I have tasted. I was excited to try the Coconut Cream Concentrate. what is Coconut Cream Concentrate? It's organic coconut. That's it, nothing else. No water, no preservatives. Just organic coconut.

Here is what the Tropical Traditions site says about this product-
What did I do with my Coconut Cream Concentrate? I eat it off the spoon, YUM. I hear it's good on bread or crackers, but I haven't gotten that far. I have also made a fantastic peanut free dipping sauce with it. Coconut Cream Concentrate, water- just a little, Sriracha, almond butter/sunflower butter and hoisin sauce. Heated in a small pan. This is a great sauce for lettuce wraps

The shrimp for these lettuce wraps is easy peasy. I use thawed uncooked shrimp. Heat some coconut cream concentrate - a couple of tablespoons with some water to thin it out in a pot. Just until melted. Stir in curry powder/curry paste, sliced ginger, minced garlic and cook until fragrant. Toss the shrimp in and cook until pink. I have also added fresh ginger slices, green onion and fresh cilantro.
I love having this Coconut Cream Concentrate handy. It is easy to use in recipes, smoothies and more.
