I have a confession. As much of a germ freak that I am (I'm talking carried Lysol in my diaper bag to spray on those changing stations before I put the pad down, or spraying port-a-potties craziness), I cringe at the thought of having my kids use alcohol based hand sanitizer. If there is a sink around I would rather they wash their hands.
Diva's skin is sensitive. She has eczema and her skin just doesn't do well with a lot of drying stuff on it. My other two girls are STILL thumb suckers. Oh goodness. That being said, I want them to have clean hands, but I don't want them using something that has alcohol or that is drying. Dry hands = dry skin, which means cracked skin that is more susceptible to infection.I still want something that is going to clean well, work well, and kill germs. With the hand sanitizing gels, I feel like my girls are just spreading the dirt and germs over more of their hands surfaces. Then I heard about Kleenhanz wipes.

I did not know that using alcohol based hand sanitizers on cracked skin leaves it open to staff infection. I like that they offer a Sport Pail.

I learned that Kleenhanz is over 99% water based, antimicrobial and hypoallergenic, which is great since my boys are sensitive to chemicals.
