It's always nice to find a "snack" food that is portable and not full of additives. I was excited about Tanka bars, but very skeptical also. Tanka bars are 100% natural, cranberry and prairie fed buffalo bars, and they are only 70 calories. Great for primal eating. I love all that Tanka bar is, but I usually don't like fruit mixed in with meats. I was so wrong. So wrong. Flavorful, not greasy, not overly salty. Not tough and dry, just chewy. Nice lean protien to pick you up and not full of carbs that make you crash later. DH ate all but the one I got to try. :( Our only complaint is that we wish they were bigger because they are so very good. We NEED more, and I will be ordering soon!
