Lingon berry Glazed Ham

YUM YUM YUUUM. I don't like to eat deli ham, but I do loved spiral cut glazed hams. For a lingon berry glaze use-  lingon berry jam, Honey Bee Sweet sugar, and a little cinnamon. Hams can be glazed with maple syrup, brown sugar, honey, jams, jellies, fruit juices. I buy precooked spiral cut ham on the bone. Cover the ham tightly with foil and heat in a low oven (300) with a cup of water poured into the bottom of the pan. Depending on the size it may take a couple of hours to heat through, follow the directions on the package. To glaze, remove foil and turn the oven up to 425.  Pour glaze over the ham, make sure you get in between the slices. Let the sugars caramelize for about 15 minutes.
YUM
