Usually we like straight up horseradish with pot roast. Even the girls. But I thought this would be good to change things up a bit. The roast wasn't the best, but still good. Crock pot fail. The sauce is yummy though.
Prepared horseradish and a squirt of wasabi.
Sour cream.
Black, White and Spice!, parsley and dried chives.
