Ginger Garlic Broccoli Rabe and Steamed Flounder all in ONE pan.

You can use almost any fish you'd like. Broccoli rabe, bok choy, mustard greens etc. A hardy sturdy green is best.
Easy and only one pan to wash? Bring it.
1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
1 1/2 teaspoon roasted sesame oil
red pepper flakes
2 cloves minced garlic
1 inch peeled ginger minced
1 inch peeled ginger cut into matchsticks
1 bunch broccoli rabe- washed, trimmed and cut.
1-2 tablespoons oyster sauce
1 pound of flounder fillets-  I had a little over a pound for 5 of us
salt and pepper
sesame seeds- toasted to garnish if desired

You need a sauce pan that has a lid and is big enough to put the fish into it in on layer.
Heat the vegetable oil and add the red pepper flakes...

and the garlic and ginger. Cook until fragrant. Add the sesame oil.

Toss the broccoli rabe and oyster sauce in there. Season with salt (or fish sauce) and pepper.
Stir to combine. You don't need to cook it much it will wilt when steaming the fish.
Season the fish on both sides with salt and pepper.
Place the fish on TOP, cover and steam for 6 minutes. You shouldn't need to add water, but if you check it and feel you do less than a 1/4 cup should do it.
Once the fish is done remove it and if the vegetables have too much water you can cook it down.
