Looking back at last weeks hectic lunches I can see why Diva's eczema flared up, all this darn wheat. UGH. Time to cut it out again.

  1. Love the pictures of the lunches! We have been trying to figure out what is making Carlos' eczema flare up. We cut out all dairy, before we were just avoiding cow's milk and cheese, but now we aren't giving him any dairy at all. We also have to avoid soy. His eczema is better but not completely gone. I'm thinking we might have to cut out wheat as well. I told my husband we should just feed him fruits, vegetables and rice until his eczema heals and then add more foods back in slowly. Is wheat the only thing that makes your daughter's eczema flare?
