Barney Butter- GIVEAWAY

Are you looking for a natural almond butter that has the same consistency as peanut butter? Look no further! Barney Butter Almond butters have a beautiful smooth peanut butter consistency, they chunky has bits of almonds in it for that perfect balance of smooth and crunchy. As I've mentioned before, Diva has a nut allergy. Everything except almonds. So, as far as nut butters go,  I like to keep almond butter in the house. For Satay sauces, dressings, marinades, etc. We've tried many almond butters, and honestly they were all still "grainy". None of them that we have tried have that classic smoothness you get from peanut butter. Until now. Barney Butter is a great no stir, gluten free, made in a no peanut facility almond butter.
When our package arrived from Barney Butter, I couldn't wait to try it. I opened it up, yup. No stir! DH and I had a spoonful. AMAZING texture. So good. Slightly sweet with evaporated cane juice, perfectly balanced with saltiness. DH proceeded to eat half a stalk of celery with my almond butter, yes, I claimed it as mine. Then he started reminiscing about a peanut butter pie, that he loved. I never knew he liked peanut butter pie, he said he never mentioned it because Diva was allergic. We've used almond butter for a long time in this house, I guess nothing was good enough to put into a pie! (I do have a post on that coming up soon!) Needless to say we love this almond butter, both the smooth and crunchy. The girls really liked it also! I need more.
Barney Butter tastes great too! It's an almond butter that peanut butter eaters will love! And almond butter is healthier. Check out these stats from the Barney Butter site-

  4. I love that Barney Butter was created by a mom who just wanted better for her children. I also love how the name evolved from neighbors and friends and it just STUCK. I recently switched to almond milk for health reason so I am excited to try Barney Butter for the very same reasons.

  7. I learned that Barney Butter was created by a mother in her own kitchen because she did not like the other brands of almond butter that were on the market. I also learned that it does not need to be refrigerated like some other kinds.
