Crab Bake (Chinese Buffet Knock Off)

No picture, sorry I will try to get one up at one point. If you've been to a Chinese buffet chances are you've seen this. It's not healthy but it's good. You can add veggies like cooked broccoli or spinach, cooked carrots.

1 tablespoon butter
1/2 small onion chopped
16 ounces imitation crab meat
1/2 cup sour cream
1 tablespoon lemon juice
garlic powder
white pepper finely ground
ground cayenne or paprika- for a little heat (optional)
1/4 teaspoon ground mustard
1 1/4 cups cheddar cheese (divided)
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
2-3 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 1/4 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon milk (you can add more if it's too thick)
green onions sliced, garnish

In a small pan cook the onions in the butter until soft. Flake the crab meat into bit sized pieces. Mix all of the ingredients together in bowl. Reserving half of the cheddar cheese.
Spoon into a buttered casserole dish.
Use reserved cheddar cheese to sprinkle on top.
Bake at 325°F for 30 minutes. If the cheese is getting too brown tent with a piece of foil sprayed with cooking spray.
Garnish with green onion.
