Ginger Soy Short ribs

Short ribs, I happen to like them but not everyone does. They have a lot of fat on them. So you have to cut away a lot of that. The girls really enjoyed this, and it's so easy to make. It's fast, nothing fancy at all.

GPAC Ginger Soy Short ribs

4 pounds short ribs
3 tablespoons oil
3 tablespoons Palm sugar - you can substitute brown sugar, raw, granulated
3-4 tablespoons soy sauce
2 teaspoons sesame oil
1-2 inches fresh ginger grated

In a small pan heat the oil and melt the palm sugar. Stir until melted and just a little bit browned.
Add the rest of the ingredients and take the pan off the heat to let it cool.

Once cool pour the marinade over the ribs. I like to do this in a zip top bag because you can mix it up and turn it as it marinades. Marinade for at least 30 minutes. Any longer than that I would put it back in the refrigerator.

Grill or broil until done, discard the marinade.
